At Apartment Therapy (www. apartmenttherapy .com) we've always felt that the web's greatest asset was in creating community and that it should be mirrored offline as well. We'll be getting together at the Tree Studios Design Within Reach every other month to bring the Apartment Therapy website offline for an evening.
AT Readers, DWR folks, design experts and the AT editors will gather to chat about what we blog on AT everyday: design, decor, goods, services, stores, and living an organized and healthy homelife - all with a focus on Chicago.
We'll hear from experts, premiere our latest House Tours, do q&a sessions on home design topics and get to know each other better . We hope you can be a part of the Apartment Therapy community "offline" as well as on by joining us!

At this meetup, we'll take a look at what it is like to work with or hire a designer for a project. Two local designers, Summer Thornton (Summer Thornton Design) and Amy Lenahan (Design i Interiors) will be on hand to present a few of their past projects and answer your questions about the design process in a panel format.
